Jeffrey and I worked together and I got to know him and watch him grow into a leadership role as a specifier. He’s now working on a technology platform at Deltek. We talked about the issues that exist in the industry between the design professionals and building product manufacturers that Jeffrey has seen by sitting between the two camps, and what we’re doing about it.
