TRXL takes your privacy seriously. This notice explains what personal information is collected, how it is used, and when it may be shared.

Information We Collect

Personal information is only requested when you:

  • Create a TRXL Free Subscription Account
  • Sign up for TRXL+ Paid Membership
  • Join a TRXL newsletter
  • Register for a TRXL-hosted event (including LinkedIn Live events)
  • Participate in a TRXL survey

TRXL uses Ghost's built-in privacy-first analytics to understand aggregate site usage. No individual visitor tracking occurs. Ghost, as the hosting platform, may collect technical data including IP addresses as part of normal server operations — see Ghost's privacy policy for details.        

How We Use Your Information

Information you provide is used to:

  • Deliver the product or service you signed up for
  • Send relevant communications (newsletters, episode updates, event details)
  • Improve TRXL content and offerings

TRXL does not sell your personal information.

Event Registration and Sponsor Data Sharing

When you register for a TRXL-hosted event, your registration information (name and email address) may be shared with the presenting sponsor of that event. This will be clearly disclosed on the registration form at the time you sign up, and sharing only occurs with your explicit consent.

If you have questions about how a sponsor uses your information, please contact that sponsor directly. To be removed from any list resulting from a TRXL event registration, contact us.

Data Security

TRXL employs appropriate safeguards to protect your personal information. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as fully secure. You are responsible for protecting your own credentials and taking reasonable precautions online.

Your Rights

You may request to view, correct, or delete personal information TRXL holds about you at any time. Contact us with any such requests.

Changes to This Notice

This privacy notice may be updated periodically. Material changes will be reflected in a new version number and updated date at the top of this page.
