No Leadership Edge this week — but I'm announcing something new

No Leadership Edge this week. Instead, I'm using the space to announce something I've been building toward for a while.

Feature Spotlight is a new live show from TRXL, streamed to LinkedIn and YouTube. It goes live in 2 weeks on May 14th.

One AEC software company, two features, ~40 minutes.

No slide decks, no pitch. Just the tool, the workflow, and a real conversation about what it actually does. This doesn't go out on the regular podcast feed. It's a live, visual show and tell. Sessions are recorded and archived on the TRXL YouTube channel and website after.

The first session is May 14 at 1pm PST with Rob Asher, CEO of Giraffe.

Rob's framing: architects should think about workflow first, then substitute tools and processes per task. He's going to make that argument live, then walk through a full design-to-docs workflow in Giraffe, calling out exactly where automation is doing the work. It's a bit meta, and that's exactly why it's the right session to open with.
