Gender equity in the architectural profession is not. We had special guest Rosa Sheng on the podcast to discuss the recent Equity by Design Symposium held in San Francisco. She shared her insights into the missing 32% of female architecture graduates that don't get licensed and move out of the profession which leaves a big gender gap.

But why do they leave? Are they becoming mothers who want to stay at home and raise their kids; do they move into another profession altogether; are they forced out by their male counterparts; or are there just not enough female leaders for them to follow in the footstep of?
