As we continue down the path of our digital transformation, we must be ready and acknowledge it will be difficult. Often when things get difficult we abandon ship! If we don’t persist, old habits will prevail and we’ll never evolve. Let’s talk about it now and get prepared for this technology shift, operational shift, and cultural shift.

I also give an update to my upcoming lecture series and show off some Matterport 3d scans of a newly opened project in Huntington Beach, CA.
